We had been aware of Greenoak Builders good reputation for a number of years before finally having the opportunity to work with the team on one of our projects. Greenoak are currently on site undertaking a large domestic extension and internal refurbishment. The project underwent a number of design changes prior to commencement on site and we have found the teams flexibility and assistance in refining the design extremely helpful. The site is not without its complexities and it is admirable how Greenoak have approached and addressed these. The Greenoak team communicate well with the design team and clients, ensuring that there are no surprises and that expectations are met. They have created a friendly and approachable environment with a tidy and well organised site (always an indicator of a contractor on top of the project). The quality of the workmanship is high and within the cost estimate established at the start of the project. It is a pleasure working with a team who have managed to remove the anxieties and hassle that can be involved in these types of projects. Working with Greenoak is an enjoyable experience and we look forward to undertaking further projects with the team.
